By using Eggverse, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, manipulate or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.

Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the basic rules for customers, restaurant partners and users of the Eggverse platform.

Customer accounts
Customers may create an account to save favourites, claim offers and view claim history. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Restaurant partner accounts
Restaurant partner access may require an application and approval by Eggverse. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Restaurant listings
Restaurant partners are responsible for ensuring the information they submit is accurate. Eggverse may review, approve, reject or remove listings where appropriate.

Deals and offers
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of submitted deal titles, descriptions, prices, discounts and availability. Eggverse may require approval before deals become publicly visible.

Claim codes
Eligible customers may receive unique Eggverse claim codes. Claims may have expiration periods and may become invalid after expiry, redemption, cancellation or other applicable status changes.

Deal redemption
A participating restaurant may verify a claim code before redemption. A valid claim should normally be redeemed only once. Customers should follow the conditions shown for the relevant offer.

Prices and restaurant fulfilment
Restaurant partners are responsible for preparing and supplying food and honouring approved offers that they publish. Eggverse is a discovery and deal platform and does not itself prepare the food offered by participating restaurants.

Platform availability
Eggverse may update, modify, temporarily suspend or discontinue features when required for maintenance, security, development or other operational reasons.

Abuse and misuse
Eggverse may restrict access where there is suspected fraudulent claiming, repeated misuse of claim codes, unauthorized access, misleading partner information or other activity that harms users, restaurants or the platform.

Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Eggverse evolves. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published may be subject to the revised terms.
